In 2023 Switzerland holds the presidency of the European Union's macro-regional strategy for the Alpine region (SUERA - EUSALP). The cantons and the Confederation hold the presidency together. The Swiss presidency of EUSALP, is inviting EUSALP members and stakeholders to the first international conference on the "Circular Economy" on 30 and 31 March 2023 in Fribourg.
